Your reception has always kept us fully aware of when to expect your tradespeople on site, something I and nobody I have spoken to about the matter can recall as ever being in their lifetime of experiences.

Ben initially and then Ray Sinclair are two staff worthy of executive status. Ray assisted us enormously when he explained to our previous Electrical Company the faulty wiring issue as at that stage they were being abusive and less than kind to the young mans integrity. As Ray knows this was very stressfull to Laurel and I but as a result of his mature and calm assertion the matter has been accepted and paid for by that organisation. Your staff behaviour and efficiency are a huge credit to the business and us grateful customers.

Ben has come out on several occasions to install power points, but also as we have had a series of problems with the connection on our phone service, and we've appreciated that Ben who has known the problem has been the technician each time.

Ben has always arrived earlier than the appointment, and phones beforehand to let us know he's on his way. He has a really friendly, outgoing and professional manner and we've appreciated his assistance and knowledge. He goes above and beyond to be helpful.

Jack taught me about cleaning and servicing the air conditioner. I especially liked the attention they gave to keeping the unit clean and the garden tidy. I'm very happy with my new Mitsubishi machine. Thank you to April for her co-ordination in getting the job done on the right day, as promised by your rep Michael. I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and heat can cause serious health problems. Air conditioning in Brisbane summers is an essential part of my life. "Good Morning, I would like to send through compliments to Jon and his team of plumbers who repaired my broken sewerage pipes on Wednesday. Jon and the team did an excellent job, and we all thought the excavator may cause damage to my driveway and to my stairs next to the driveway. However, at the end of the day everything was still intact and my the job was finished very well. The whole team was on time, and finished the job within the timeframes that were proposed. "Hello, Just wanted to give some positive feedback. I had Dave M provide a quote Job No 106623 and when the guy came to install the HWS (maybe another Dave.. not sure of his name) I emphasised to him the two things that were important to me. That the HWS fitted better into the cupboard and that they were careful of the new carpet! I received a follow up call in the afternoon after the installation to check on invoicing details and I got the comment from Dave that the HWS was all good, fitted in the cupboard and there are no marks on the carpet. Excellent! Great customer service. He remebered what was important to me. I will be back with my next plumbing/ electrical issue. Please feedback to the workers concerned with my job."

"My name is Brent Muir and over the last month I have had to use your company's plumbing section twice. Not so good news for me. The first instance "Craig" attended and on the more recent occasion today Craig attended with David. I would like to recommend Craig for employee of the month or what ever recognition your company has for employees.

As you would be aware the public has a tendency to be cautious of tradesman. In both instances Craig has portrayed himself and your company as being honest and efficient. The first call to our home was for a faulty hot water service. Craig explained to me that the problem was a small brass fitting and he quickly sourced the part and replaced it. A less scrupulous trades company may have taken advantage of us but not your guys or Craig. Today was a leaking pipe. David and craig called 30 mins out and found the problem straight away. Once again honest efficient service.

So in summing up we have already recommended your company to our friends in the area already and will continue to do so. Craig is a great representative of what I hope you have within your company. Thanks and let’s hope it’s a while before we require your services again."

Our company has on two occasions needed to use your services for Air Conditioning. On both occasions we dealt with Charles who was professional, courteous and listened to what we needed and offered suggestions. The work was completed on time and all mess was cleaned up. The 2 Air Conditioner installers arrived on time and did not leave the job until it was finished. They were very professional.
