I had Dave M provide a quote Job No 106623 and when the guy came to install the HWS (maybe another Dave.. not sure of his name) I emphasised to him the two things that were important to me. That the HWS fitted better into the cupboard and that they were careful of the new carpet! I received a follow up call in the afternoon after the installation to check on invoicing details and I got the comment from Dave that the HWS was all good, fitted in the cupboard and there are no marks on the carpet. "My name is Brent Muir and over the last month I have had to use your company's plumbing section twice. Not so good news for me. The first instance "Craig" attended and on the more recent occasion today Craig attended with David. I would like to recommend Craig for employee of the month or what ever recognition your company has for employees.

As you would be aware the public has a tendency to be cautious of tradesman. In both instances Craig has portrayed himself and your company as being honest and efficient. The first call to our home was for a faulty hot water service. Craig explained to me that the problem was a small brass fitting and he quickly sourced the part and replaced it. A less scrupulous trades company may have taken advantage of us but not your guys or Craig. Today was a leaking pipe. David and craig called 30 mins out and found the problem straight away. Once again honest efficient service.

So in summing up we have already recommended your company to our friends in the area already and will continue to do so. Craig is a great representative of what I hope you have within your company. Thanks and let’s hope it’s a while before we require your services again."
