This commercial floor fitout included light, power and data for two floors of a high rise building in Brisbane’s CBD. This incorporated the demolishment of certain areas of the floor whilst maintaining the integrity of existing services to allow staff to continue to work and to allow the control centre for the water assets to continue operating. Works included reconfiguring and upgrading the existing communications room again without compromising the integrity of existing services.
Approximate value of the project was $190k.
