This new aged care facility included a two pipe Daikin V.R.V.Condenser System, comprising twenty four (24) condensing units and sixty seven (67) ducted and hi-wall split systems, fitted with the latest “I”‘ Touch temperature controls and a central stop start controller. Mechanical ventilation, toilet exhaust systems and mechanical ventilated roof space, a walk in cool room and freezer room was also installed.
Approximate value of the project was $700 000.
