    • Rheem MPi-325 Heat Pump water heater is recommended for connection to either 24 hour continuous tariff or extended off peak (min 16 hours/day) electricity supply. Any financial savings on an electricity account will depend on the tariff arrangement of the water heater being replaced. Maximum financial savings can be achieved only when the tariff for the electric water heater being replaced is 24 hour continuous. Consult your energy provider for more information on tariff details.

Important Points about Installing your Heat Pump Hot Water System

  • Price Shown includes
    • Installation outside and during normal working hours (Mon - Fri 7am - 4pm). Otherwise, contact the office to organise a price
    • QLD State Government Rebate of $600 (Pensioners and Low Income Earners are eligible for a further $400)
    • Small Scale Technology Certificates (STC's) rebate calculated on an average value of $40/certificate
    • The Government Rebates and REC's paperwork is completed after installation and refunded to you then
  • Installation Includes:
    • Delivery
    • Clean Up
    • Removal of rubbish and old system
  • Prices are the minimum charge for a straight changeover using existing fittings
  • If existing fittings, unit type or location are changed, additional charges may apply
  • If the system requires changes on the changeover to meet new council requirements, extra fees may apply.
