Was your water heater affected by the floods or cyclone?

If it was you may be eligible under the special provision that the Queensland Government has made to the “Solar Hot Water Rebate”  Just another way the government is helping to support those affected by the devastating floods.

These special provisions have greatly expanded the edibility criteria for the rebates.  So this is good news if your water heater was damaged during the cyclone or floods.  The changes not only include replacement to the electric water heaters but also assistance for solar, gas or other heater methods.

Great news for Queensland flood victims!

For more information read the Hot Water Rebate document to see if you are eligible. You will need to complete the special provisions declaration and mail it to the address provided before 29 February 2012.
