Welcome to the Fallon Services web site. Neil established the electrical contracting arm of our business in 1962 at the age of 21. Over the years an excellent reputation was earned for domestic, commercial and industrial electrical services as well as appliance repairs and data cabling. Television, two way, commercial reception and transmission services became specialties. Neil separated the television and communication work and founded Brisbane Aerial Services which grew to become a leader in South East Queensland in the areas of TV and radio transmission and reception, mast and tower installations for TV and radio aerials, Pay TV installation and construction for TV stations in poor reception areas.

Fallon Services clelebrate 50 years

Neil retired in April 2005 having sold his businesses. The current management team is continuing on the traditions and excellent reputation developed over 49 years of trading.

We are proud of our reputation for quality workmanship, timely service and competitive rates. The hallmark of a successful service business is customer satisfaction and it is true to say the majority of our work is for previous customers. We set ourselves apart by providing reliable service so that we always turn up when we say we will, we only employ well trained efficient staff so that charges to you are reasonable, we phone you to confirm our arrival time to make sure that you know we are arriving, we always offer to clean up afterwards and we guarantee all of our work.

We are proud of the fact the our company was recognized for excellence in commitment to customer service and after sales support in 2002 by the National Electrical Contractors Association receiving one of eight “Awards of Excellence”.

We invest heavily in training our skilled staff and our technicians are supplied with fully equipped and stocked service vans. All vehicles are equipped with modern testing and fault analysis equipment as well as other tools necessary to get you or your business back online in the shortest possible time.

We have invested in excellent systems and through these systems we can deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction for over 20,000 jobs each year.
